Turning housing, asset and tenancy data into clear, usable insight — governed pipelines and Power BI dashboards for operational teams and senior stakeholders.

  • Develop dbt pipelines with GitLab CI/CD on SQL Server, using a Bronze/Silver/Gold layered architecture.
  • Automated the Statistical Data Return — a previously manual regulatory report — cutting turnaround time, effort and errors.
  • Built the pipeline and reporting that give a single version of the truth for the group's property portfolio, plus a data quality solution monitoring key housing datasets.
