Developing dbt pipelines with GitLab CI/CD on SQL Server using a Bronze/Silver/Gold layered architecture, delivering a single version of the truth for the group's property portfolio, and automating the key regulatory return while monitoring data quality across core housing datasets.

Enterprise analytics and pipeline engineering on a modern Databricks lakehouse and Power BI platform. Helped decommission a large legacy reporting platform, built a near real-time dashboard now used regularly by senior stakeholders, and replaced manual reporting with automated validation.
